Welcome!

I'm Becky O'Bryant, an Instructional Designer from Michigan. I am currently an Instructional Designer for Granger Waste Services in Lansing, Michigan. I have earned several credentials in Instructional Design from the Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA).  I am genuinely a life-long learner and used AIDA as well as workshops, webinars, research, and other training sessions to grow my skills in a variety of authoring tools and to learn best practices in adult learning theory. I believe there is so much value in Instructional Design for companies and their employees.

Learning and technology have always been passions of mine. It stems from watching my older sister, who is visually impaired, use technology to help her see the words in her text books and the struggles she had learning throughout her life. From a young age, I vowed to make learning relatable, engaging, and manageable for others.
