Goal: To identify the existing gaps and develop the most effective strategy to address both the learner's and the organization's needs.
My Method: I employ a range of strategies to identify gaps by thoroughly analyzing the desired knowledge, behaviors, and skills in comparison to the current state. Based on this analysis, I then develop a targeted plan to address and close the gap.
